Xavier Wolf Loera

Xavier Wolf Loera gave three years, nine months, and two days of "pure magic" to his family and friends. While his mother, Katelyn, was receiving an epidural on May 11, 2021, Xavi snuck into the world like a ninja...but only after taking a sabbatical in prenatal growth earlier in the year. He knew exactly what and when he wanted from the beginning of his time here.
Though tiny in stature, Xavi was a cosmic force to hold in your heart and arms. Everyone who saw, met, or worked with him felt an instant pull. His tiny hobbit feet were as delightful as his exceptional head of hair. His facial expressions were always on point. Xavi's smile and laugh could lighten your heart and dispel the darkest moods.
Despite this, we are eternally grateful for the time we spent with Xavier, and we acknowledge that we will never be the same.
Xavier is survived by; mother, Katelyn Hoipkemier; father, Aaron Loera; siblings, Maritza, Ariella, AJ, and Oso Loera; grandmother, Carol Hoipkemier; abuelo, Anastacio Gonzalez; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. We are a little jealous that Abuela (Maria Minerva) Gonzalez, Grandpa (Big Daddy Jim) Hoipkemier, and Cousin Mileena Ramos will get to see Xavi in his absolute perfect form-one that will allow him to speak, sing, and laugh clearly; to walk, run, skip, and climb; and to continue to be a beautiful presence in the universe.
A Celebration of Life for Xavier will be held at 2:00PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Ingram, Smith, & Turner Mortuary in Yukon, Oklahoma. Services are lovingly donated by the Sleeping Angels Foundation.
