Will Douglas Bradley

Will Douglas Bradley left this world from his home on, May 28, 2022. He was born September 28th, 1954, to James and Lucille Bradley at Tinker Air Force Base where he was, at the time, the largest baby born on base; he weighed almost 13 pounds at birth. Will and his parents moved to Illinois and then to France before his father retired from the Air Force. After the Air Force, the family moved to Stratford, Oklahoma where Will attended school from sixth grade through graduation. Following High School, Will went to OU and then attended night school in the Law School of Oklahoma City University. While attending night school, Will taught English and coached football.

His professional career spanned 32 years with 14 years as Assistant District Attorney with the Canadian County District Attorney's office, and 17 years in private practice serving many families with their adoptions and family law matters. He was Dad to his children, Papa to his grandchildren and devoted husband to his wife, Marcie. Those who knew Will knew him to be a man who places the interests of others ahead of his own. His quick wit and humor was not only contagious, it was welcomed by everyone.

Will is preceded in death by his parents, James, and Lucille Bradley. He is survived by his wife, Marcie Bradley; their three children, Adam Meledeo and his wife, Suzanne, Sasha Teel and her husband, Jamie, and Taylor Bradley and his wife, Naomi; Nine Grandchildren, Anthony, Grace, Eva, Allyson, Bryson, Easton, Charlie, Eli, and Evan Choate. He is also survived by his brother-in-law J.H. Middleton and his wife, Wilma; their three children Tara and Steve Daugherty, Travis Middleton, and Jennifer Howell-Wright; Granddaughter Emilee Wright; and Grandson Isaac Risk. There are also a host of other family and friends who will remember Will for the rest of their lives. 

Services will be held, Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary, 201 East Main, Yukon, OK 73099. A reception will follow at 2:00 PM also at the funeral home. Following the reception, graveside services will be conducted at the Frisco Cemetery, 14200 W Britton Rd. Yukon, OK 73099.
