Walter Edwin Quisenberry, age 71, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at his home in Yukon, OK. He was born January 22, 1951, in Gainesville, TX to Paul Walter and Lena Price (Upchurch) Quisenberry. Growing up in Gainesville, Walter graduated from Gainesville High School in 1969. He married Donna Elaine Baron on February 18, 1983, in Oklahoma City, OK. Throughout his life, he worked as an equipment repair manager with Hagar Restaurant Supply. Walter was also a proud veteran who served in the Marines.
Walter truly lived life to the fullest through his hobbies: riding dirt bikes, racing cars, collecting guns and his love for his fur babies, Miss Priss and Lily.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Lena Quisenberry, and his sister, Mary Frances Clark.
Walter is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Tonya (Michael) Owens and Marcy McAlpin; grandchildren, Chase (Lauren) Sly, Shannon Dean, Kyle (Desiree) Quisenberry, Derek Quisenberry, and Courtney Easter; and six great-grandchildren.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Walter touched are invited to Ingram, Smith & Turner Funeral Home, 201 E Main St, Yukon, OK, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022, to reminisce, grieve, and support each other in the celebration of his life.
