Suzanne Simone Duquette

Suzanne Simone Duquette passed away on July 3, 2021, in Yukon, Oklahoma. "Sue" was born on August 29, 1949, to Mr. and Mrs. Duquette in Connecticut. Sue graduated high school in the spring of 1967, and she later joined the United States Marine Corps that same year. Sue proudly served her country and earned the rank of Sergeant. From her devoted service, she was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and a Good Conduct Medal. Stationed in Camp Pendleton, she completed her service in December of 1978.

After her time serving her country, Sue worked for the Postal Service for the remainder of her working career. She loved to spend her leisure hours outdoors, enjoying nature and her favorite hobby, fishing. Sue will be missed by her special friend Sandra, neighbor Judy, and many friends.

Sue's service to her country will be honored on Tuesday, July 13th, 2021 at 1 PM at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK where she will be laid to rest.
