Sharon Rosalie McGill passed away on June 14, 2024, in El Reno, OK at the age of 82. Sharon was born to parents Ralph and Dorothia Buckley on October 2, 1941, in Hammond, IN where she spent many years growing up. She was married to Kenneth McGill for over 20 years. Together they raised 6 children whom they loved very much.
Her family was the light of her life, Sharon's greatest accomplishment was having her children, five of which were boys! She was known for her cooking, creative hobbies such as sewing and doll making, but especially for having a good time with those she loved the most. She wanted her loved ones to remember, "All of y'all are the light of my life and very precious to me. Carry that light onto y'all's families". Sharon had many "adopted" kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A mouth never went unfed. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly.
Sharon Rosalie McGill is preceded in death by her Parents, Ralph and Dortha Buckley; Husband, Kennith McGill; Children, Lorane and Raymond; Grandchild, Curan; Brothers, Leonard Buckley and Gene Buckley; and Sister Carol Sue Perryman.
Sharon is survived by her Sons, William, Robert and wife Kathy, and Patrick; Daughters, Shanna and Patricia; Grandchildren, Rose, Kerry, Aspen, Amanda, Brandon, Tyler, Ottis, Logan, Justin, Braden, Aislinn and Faith; Great Grandchildren, Scarlett, Greyson, Finley, Riley, Emma, Victoria, Haven, Ravain, Nevaeh, Beaux-Casey, Vanessa, Zackery, Noah, Nathaniel, Michelle, Blaine, Bella, and Breanna; Sisters Rosemary and Ann; and awaiting the arrival of her first Great-Great Grandchild.
