Phyllis "Joan" (Massey) Keith

Phyllis "Joan" Keith passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 63. Phyllis was born to parents Harold Massey and Barbara Baldwin on January 16, 1957, in Memphis, TN.

Joan grew up in Memphis, TN; Marietta, MS; Booneville, MS; and Bloomington, IN. She loved to sing, cook, and create crafty projects. Spending time in her garden was also a joy. With her family, Joan would spend time fishing and traveling. She met her spouse Kenneth "Kotton" Keith, and they were married on May 27th, 1986, in Fabens, TX. Joan had 2 children, Cory Massey and Sean Keith, whom she loved very much. Throughout Joan's life, she was known for her smile, her laugh, and long-lasting friendships with classmates and co-workers. She worked as a Remarketer for close to 30 years. Joan will be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly.

Joan is preceded in death by her father Harold Massey, mother Barbara Baldwin, and stepfathers Bill Kwok and Melvin Baldwin. Joan is survived by her husband Kenneth Keith; sons Cory Massey and Sean Keith; grandchildren Destiny Keith, Christian Keith, Elijah Keith, Josiah Keith, Noah Keith, Joy Keith; great-grandchildren Karson and Nicholas; and her brother Ray Kwok and sister-in-law Fatos Kwok and their daughters Hande and Dilara.
