Peggy Sue Reddington passed away on November 16, 2024, in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 79. Peggy was born to parents George and Donnie Cox on July 5, 1945, in Blytheville, Arkansas. She grew up in Arkansas and loved life in the country with her brothers and sisters. She met her spouse William Reddington, and they were married for 62 years. Together they raised 3 children whom they loved very much. Throughout Peggy's life, she was known for her strength and determination to overcome whatever life threw her way. She loved hard and fought harder, she loved the life she had built. She worked as a Housewife focusing on managing their home and raising their 3 children.
Peggy Sue Reddington is preceded in death by her father and mother, George and Donnie Cox; sisters, Mary Ann Parks, Linda Walker, Kathy Ford; brothers, Robert Cox, Donald Eugene Cox. Peggy is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Reddington; 2 sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Bullard, Brenda Sitts; 3 children, William "Bill" Reddington, Jr., Sharon Reddington, Barbara Hughes; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Peggy will be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly.
Visitation for friends and family will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary. Peggy's life will be remembered on November 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary.
