Marcella Taylor Obituary
Marcella Jane Taylor passed away at the age of 78 on February 7, 2021, in Oklahoma City. She was born in Grandfield, OK on August 14, 1942, to parents RT Bible and Ruth Lemerie Stegall.
She married the love of her life, David Kenneth Taylor, on May 6, 1961, and they had three wonderful children together: David Lee, Michele Renee, and Alan Ray. Marcella was a professional softball player who had a passion for her beautiful flower gardens, watching hummingbirds in her yard, painting, and bright red nail polish. She was always very generous and had a wonderful sense of humor. She also adored her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and loved her family more than anything.
Marcella is preceded in death by her husband David Kenneth Taylor; parents RT Bible and Ruth Burkhart; sisters Donna Oldham, Lemerie McIntyre, and Glenda Tate; and brothers Gene Bible and RT Bible.
She is survived by her children David Lee Taylor of Yukon, Michele Renee and husband Michael Frejo of Yukon, and Alan Ray Taylor of Yukon; sister Joye Richardson of Moore; brother Bobby Bible of OKC; 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
