Kim Alexander Denisoff passed away October 23, 2025, at the age of 70 surrounded by his wife and family. Kim was born May 11, 1955, in Schenectady, New York to Virginia and Alexander Denisoff.
Kim was raised in Midwest City, Oklahoma where he attended school graduating from Midwest City High School. He went on to study business at Central State University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree.
Kim met Karen in Oklahoma City and the two found something special in one another from the start. They were happily married for forty-seven years. Kim was blessed with his first son Eric Denisoff and two bonus children, Jeremy and Shelly. They have 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, 1 nephew and 2 nieces. They loved traveling to the beach, watching sports together, and supporting their grandchildren in their activities. Their home was where many family gatherings were held. Kim was happiest in the pool hanging out with his family
Kim and Karen owned Headhunters Salon in Oklahoma City for over 45 years. He had a personality that people were drawn to creating a loyal clientele of men, women, and children. Kim loved life and never met a stranger. He loved to talk sports with his family, friends, and clients and rooting for the OU Sooner’s, OKC Thunder, and the New York Giants.
Kim is a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, Papa, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Kim is survived by his wife Karen Denisoff; son Eric Denisoff; son Jeremy Webb; daughter Shelly Thomas and husband John; grandchildren Kyler Denisoff, Kalie Rowley, Peyton Thomas, Paige Thomas, Kaitlyn Miller, Kendall Miller, Bryce Webb, Olivia Webb; great grandchild Callahan Rowley and one on the way; brother Larry Denisoff and partner Gayle; sister Linda Burris and husband Randy; along with his extended family who loved him dearly.
Kim is preceded in death by his parents and sister.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary located at 201 E. Main Street, Yukon, Oklahoma.
