Kemarr Darnell Davis

February 10, 2001 ~ January 12, 2021 (age 19)

Obituary

Kemarr Darnell Davis passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 19. Kemarr was born to parents Kenneth Davis and Rachel Thomas on February 10, 2001, in San Diego. He grew up in Texas and Arizona and loved to play video games. Throughout Kemarr's life, he was known for his caring heart and brutal honesty. When Kemarr was 5, he got up early Christmas Eve and opened all of the gifts that were under the Christmas tree. When everyone else woke up, he was sitting in the middle of the floor playing with all of the kids' toys.

Kemarr was helpful and caring. He went out of his way to check on everyone else in his family, especially during his illness. He would walk through the house and just say, " I am just checking on you guys. I am about to go lay back down." Even when he could no longer walk, he would call out to each family member to make sure they were okay.

He is survived by his mother Rachel Thomas; sister Marcella Davis; brothers Kenneth Davis II, Larrelle Davis, Handsome Davis, Lorenzo Thomas; and stepdad Quenton Parks.
He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Davis, grandfather Cedell Melton and grandmother Addie Mae Thomas, and a host of close family friends.

Kemarr will be missed by all who knew him and loved him dearly.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Thrive, Dream City Phoenix, Phoenix Children's Hospital, OU Hospital, The Mack Impact, the K Club, and Ingram, Smith & Turner's Sleeping Angels Ministry.
