Jean Adell (Wald) Powers

Jean Adell Powers was born on August 24, 1938 in Pond Creek, Oklahoma to Joe and Mary Wald. She passed away in Oklahoma City on July 23, 2024.

Jean found joy and solace in the simple pleasures of life, with a fondness for working in flower shops, and dedicating her life to the Lord.

She will be dearly missed by her surviving relatives, including: her daughters Lorrie and husband Mark Martin and Teresa and her husband Michael Tessier; grandchildren, Ian Powers and wife Clare Black, and Rebecca and husband Jason O'Neil; and great-grandchildren, Rylan Middleton, Sage O'Neil and Johnny O'Neal. Jean was preceded in death by: father, Joe Wald, mother, Mary Wald, and sister Joyce Wald.

A Funeral Service to honor Jean's life will be held at the Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary on July 27, 2024, at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at the Yukon Cemetery.
