Jake Wyatt Scoufos passed away on December 13, 2025, in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 18.
Jake was born to parents Steven Scoufos and Malisa Hepner on March 7, 2007 in Oklahoma City, OK. He grew up in Warr Acres, OK and later moved to Yukon, OK where he attended Mustang Public Schools. Jake graduated with the Mustang High School Class of 2025.
Jake was happiest being with his friends, working on cars, was a staunch advocate for medical marijuana, and loved exploring outdoors. He was so proud of his first car and loved his job at O'Shiro's Garage. Jake was a person who found joy in making others laugh. He had a smile that would light up a room and was known for his curly hair. His future ambition was to grow his skills in auto mechanics and open his own garage.
Jake is survived by his mother Malisa Hepner and husband Brian; father Steven Scoufos and wife Linda; brother Bryson Scoufos; sister Charly Hepner; sister Evalyn Scoufos; brother Travis Meyers; brother Matthew Meyers; grandparents Diana and Marshall Lee, Tina and Vince Scoufos, Kathy and James Hepner, Joyce and Keith Perry; along with his aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
Jake is preceded in death by his grandmother Alice Dycus; grandfather Charles Brians; great grandmother Betty Sizemore.
Services are entrusted to Ingram, Smith and Turner Mortuary, with the generous assistance in part from the Sleeping Angels Foundation.
