Gary William Hurren

Gary William Hurren Jr., a beloved father, son, and friend, passed away on October 3, 2024. Gary was born on April 25, 1973 in Harbor Beach, MI. He most recently lived in Oklahoma City, OK where he raised his family and worked as a banking software specialist.

Throughout his life, Gary was a loving and devoted family man. He cherished his four children, daughters Jamie and Nicki, and sons Jack and Michael. Gary found great joy in collecting guitars, restoring his 1985 Chevy truck, and watching his sons play sports.

Gary is survived by his daughters Jamie Votaw and Nichole Hurren, sons Jack Hurren and Michael Hurren, their mother and his "first wife" Lori Hurren, son-in-law Aaron Votaw, and cat Simba. He also leaves behind his mother Nonna Hurren, sister Michelle Gordon, and their family to cherish his memory. Gary is reunited with his beloved pets King, Sun, Charlie, Pepper, Slash, Moon, and Moon 2.

In his journey through life, Gary touched the hearts of many with his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family. He will forever be remembered for his integrity and the profound impact he had on those fortunate enough to know him.
