Fletcher Samuel Burns joined His Lord and Savior on November 10, 2022, at the age of 17. Fletcher was born to parents Craig and Denise Burns on December 30, 2004, in Oklahoma City, OK. He grew up in Oklahoma City and moved to Yukon in 2020.
A sophomore at Yukon High school, Fletcher loved attending school and spending time with his peers. He was involved in FFA and just received his official FFA jacket.
Fletcher loved Jesus and his family. He was almost always happy and with everything his little body put him through, he still smiled. Fletcher was kind and loved people: he seriously never met a stranger. He loved to sing and watch YouTube. Fletcher was obsessed with police officers and received a police escort to our van every Sunday after church and most of the days he went to school. Fletcher had many limitations but never let them slow him down. His reach was wide, and he had a big presence. As Fletcher's family we are heartbroken, but we know he is with Jesus and his body is healed and we will see him again.
Fletcher Samuel Burns is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Buddie Milgrim, and paternal grandfather, David Burns. Fletcher is survived by his loving parents Craig and Denise Burns and his adoring sisters Kayleigh and Madeline Burns, and maternal grandmother Jill Milgrim and paternal grandmother Trudie Burns.
