Evalena Florene (Clagg) Ballard

Evalena Florene Ballard of Yukon, OK passed away on September 16, 2021, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City at the age of 100 years old. The Lord reached down and took our precious Mother home. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She set a Christian example for us three children and five grandchildren. We will always love you, Mom.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert C. and Vernessa (Vawter) Clagg, husband Alvin E. Ballard who she was happily married to for 65 years, brothers Isaac, Phillip, and David Clagg, & sister Naomi Henderson. Survivors include sisters Lillian Murray and Anna Baker, both from Wayne, OK; children, Louise Beasler, Bethany OK, Loretta Zigler, and Dale Ballard from Yukon OK; five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Viewing for Evalena Florene Ballard will be held on Tuesday, September 21st, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary in Yukon. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Yukon Cemetery in Yukon, Oklahoma.
