Elijah Garett Coffee passed away on April 16, 2021 at the age of 21. Elijah was born to parents Kelley Coffee and Anne Coffee on May 2, 1999 in Oklahoma City. Throughout Elijah's life, he was known for his sense of humor and his sweet nature. He spent many happy hours working in the musical theater, both onstage and a lot of backstage work as crew. He worked as a Loss Mitigation Officer at Midland Mortgage and loved his work and coworkers. He was also an Air Force Reservist, and it would be hard to tell if the Air Force impacted him or he impacted his Air Force family more. Elijah had no idea what a presence he was to all who knew him and would be blown away by the huge outpouring of love for him. He would want to be remembered with smiles and laughter.
Elijah Garett Coffee is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dr. Gail D Adams, Jr and Helen Adams, and paternal grandmother Kathy Coffee. Elijah is survived by his mother Anne Elissa Coffee and Steven D'Avis; his father Kelley LaWayne Coffee; siblings, Gabrielle, Joshua and wife Claire and niece Rosie "Brosie," Matthias, Katriel and his favorite person on earth, Josiah Quinn "JoJo"; as well as bonus siblings Steven and Starla D'Avis and half siblings Campbell and Ariel.
Elijah Garett thought flowers were a waste of money and he hated wasting money. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to the Elijah Garett Coffee Hope Scholarship https://www.kismetartsokc.com/elijah-garett-coffee-scholarship
