Dale Wayne Hines passed away on July 13, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 66.
Dale was born to parents Treca and Ralph Hines on October 24, 1958 in Marlow, Oklahoma. He was raised alongside his older sister Lesa in Hobart, Oklahoma where he graduated with the Hobart High School class of 1977.
Dale went on to attend college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Dale started his sales career in the oilfield which spanned across four decades. He had a work ethic that was second to none and was well thought of by his co workers and customers.
Dale met Angela Hinds and over time, their relationship led to their engagement and marriage August 25, 1984. As a couple, they enjoyed traveling the country, spending time on the roping circuit, and being members of their clubs with friends that became family. They were blessed with their only daughter Tasha Blair. He was a hands on Dad who was a provider for his family and loved them fiercely. When Blair showed animals, it became a family affair for the three of them. The best role of all came when his grandchildren Kash and Elizabreth were born. Lovingly referred to as "Papa" and "Favorite", he loved having quality time with them and supporting them in all of their activities.
Dale was happiest riding his Goldwing motorcycle or his Corvette grand sport. It truly was wind therapy for him. He leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, hard work, and being a man who found joy in the simple things.
Dale is survived by his wife of 40 years Angie Hines; daughter Blair Flores and husband Anthony; grandson Kash "Junior" Collins; granddaughter Elizabeth "Princess" Collins; sister Lesa Ward and husband Calvin; mother in law "Bunny Ann" Shirley Thompson; sister in law Kim McCollom; aunt "Fifi" Sandy Marler; niece Whitney Day; niece Britney Ward; niece Gracey McCollom; along with his extended family and friends included the members of the Chapter N Goldwing Club, Oklahoma Travelers RV Club, and the Heart of Oklahoma Corvette Club.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents Treca and Ralph Hines.
