Clora Jean (Mehan) Reynolds

Clora Jean Reynolds passed away on November 3, 2022, in El Reno, OK at the age of 79. "Jean" was born to parents Ted and Felta Mehan on September 20, 1943 in La Habra, CA. She grew up in El Reno OK and loved to swim, skate, go to the movies and run around with her best friend Marsha Hicks. She met the love of her life, Lewis Reynolds Jr. in 1960 and they married in 1962. They were married for 60 years. Together they raised their children Teddy, Tony, Tina and Tamara whom they loved very much. Throughout Jean's life, she was known for her poetry and art skills. She worked in Home Health for a few years until they bought the DX Country store and restaurant in Cogar, OK. They sold the restaurant in 1992, and then she enjoyed staying home and taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren for the remainder of her years. Jean will be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly.

Jean Reynolds is preceded in death by her Father Ted Joseph Mehan, Mother Felta Lee Mehan and her beloved Son Tony Joseph Reynolds. Clora is survived by Husband Lewis Stanton Reynolds Jr.; Son Teddy Stanton Reynolds and wife Lisa, Daughter Tina Lynette Davidson and husband Dave, and Daughter Tamara Suzanne Vickrey and Fiance Michael Chitty; 11 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.

Jean's life will be celebrated on November 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary with Celebrant Vicki Myers officiating. Services are under the direction of Ingram, Smith and Turner Mortuary in Yukon, OK.
