Brandi Ross Obituary

Brandi June Ross, 35, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021, at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City while holding the hand of her loving husband, Jeff Ross.

Brandi was born in Oklahoma City on July 7, 1985 to Leroy Sapp and Jan Sapp. Brandi spent her childhood in Bridge Creek, Oklahoma where she attended school.  Brandi was active in basketball, cheerleading, and her local church.  After graduating from high school in 2004, Brandi attended barber college.  Upon completion, she spent time doing hair and waiting tables.

In 2006, Brandi met the man she would spend the rest of her life with in Oklahoma City.  Brandi and Jeff became immediately inseparable. They spent four years together in Wichita, Kansas, and it was there that Brandi found her true calling in life.  Her love and desire for children led her to a career in early childhood education.  She would eventually earn her director's credentials, and had a true sense of joy and passion for all the kids that she came to know.  Four years after meeting Jeff, the two were wed in July of 2010. Not long after they were married, they welcomed their first child Karli Jean Ross in 2012. A year later, Brandi had a very brief career in television, as the local news covered the birth of their second daughter Berkley Sullivan Ross who would ultimately be delivered by her mother and father...in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in Mustang. Throughout her life, Brandi never met a stranger.  Her smile, her laughter and her loving personality touched many lives.  She truly loved all of her family and friends. She would also become a huge fan of her daughters' softball teams. She established many strong relationships through the lives of her children.

Brandi is survived by her husband, Jeff Ross, children Karli and Berkley Ross of the home, and her mother Jan Sapp, of Mustang.  She is also survived by her three half-siblings, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wealth of friends.  Brandi is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Sapp.

The family would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love, support and prayers during this time of sorrow.
