Betty Lynne Tucker, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and dedicated scrub tech, passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 68. Born in Sacramento, California, on February 28, 1958, Betty lit up every room she entered with her warmth, laughter, and passion for life.
In 1998, Betty made the move to Yukon, Oklahoma, where she would spend the next 28 years creating cherished memories with family and friends. For over 23 years, she worked tirelessly as a scrub tech at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, embodying the spirit of care and compassion for countless patients.
An avid sports enthusiast, Betty was a die-hard fan of the Raiders, the Thunder, and Texas cheering for her teams with infectious energy. Her love for sports was matched only by her love for music. A devoted fan of rock, she would often be heard listening to her favorite songs by Motley Crue, embodying the free spirit of music lovers everywhere. Betty loved her family and all her precious grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents Relv and Florence Taylor, granddaughter Giavanna Salvo; and brother, Dennis Taylor. Betty is survived by her children, Kelly and her husband Clay, Mignone, Daniel and his wife Ashley Salvo, and Edward Salvo, who will always carry her spirit in their hearts. She leaves behind a wonderful legacy in her grandchildren: Andrew White, Lyric Mignone, Elijah White, Hannah Salvo, Austin Mignone, Lily Mignone, and Evelyn Salvo. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Steele and Krue, who brought her immense joy.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Tuesday May 5th, 2026, as a come and go from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary (201 E Main St, Yukon, OK).
