Aiden Anthony Downey

Aiden Anthony Downey, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, and friend was born on June 16, 2004, in Oklahoma City, OK and passed away on March 25, 2024. Aiden grew up in Mustang, OK. For his senior year, he graduated from Junction city high school in Kansas, Ok 2023. Aiden shadowed his dad as a welder and quickly learned the trade. He loved basketball and cheered for Kevin Durant, his favorite player. His basketball coaches were his Mom Dee, cousin Corry Smith, and homeschool Coach Davis. His hobbies included trucks, racing dirt bikes and watching basketball and football.

Aiden will be deeply missed by his parents, Cass and Dee Downey, along with his siblings, Heather & Matt Dearinger, Dustin, Nate, Cavit, Cass, and Kaycee. He will also be remembered by his extended family, including girlfriend Noelani, Nani Denise Lawson, Pa Pa David Haynes, and Mimi Monica Haynes. He is preceded in death by is grandparents, Wilma "Jeannie" and Leroy Bishop, and Cass Downey. Aiden has left behind a legacy of love that will forever be cherished by his family and friends.

A Viewing and Visitation will be held at Ingram, Smith & Turner Mortuary on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Life.Church Yukon on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10:00 am, followed by an burial at the Foster Cemetery in Foster, OK at 2:00 pm.

Aiden's kind heart, infectious laugh, and dedication to his family will forever be remembered and cherished by all who were lucky to have known him.
