My two sisters and I laid our Mother to rest today. As our Mother lived to 97 years of age we have had many years to consider just what a celebration of her life would look like. Any child would like to think they could trust the funeral home to make it a service that could be remembered forever. Ingram, Smith & Turner far exceeded anything we could imagine. So many personal touches, so professionally handled. The Celebrant provided, the video tribute and personal touches with the family photos were amazing. Tim was so kind and patient with all our needs. The family will forever be grateful to Tim and his staff for our Mothers special day.

We have been blessed beyond words by IST on two occasions: upon the death of my grandpa in 2019 and our newborn son in 2021. I have never met people who care more about ministering to and loving those walking through grief than the Ingrams.
Their building feels warm and comforting. Every staff member is kind, caring, and patient. They take the time to learn about our loved ones and to make their service a real celebration of all that person meant to us. They truly go above and beyond in giving each unique life the honor they deserve.

I am only a second hand observer. But recently a new coworker of mine and his fiancé, lost their unborn twins. This mortuary treated them like gold! They were having a terrible time, and you all made it just a little easier on them. Thank you for everything that you do, please remember you are appreciated.

I just want to say how great Ingram, Smith, and Turner Mortuary is. We lost our, so far and only grandbaby, (Christopher) on May 14, 2019. He was born prematurely at 23 weeks old and he was beautiful and perfect in every way, just not ready for this world and GOD had another plan for him, but I know I will see him again some day and then will be my chance to hug and hold him and tell him how much I love him. Ingram, Smith, and Turner Mortuary went above and beyond to make us feel better and helped his grieving parents feel more at ease and then this Christmas even sent a very nice Christmas card just to show us how much they care. Tim and his staff at Smith and Turner went above and beyond for our family. We were so touched by how he took care of everything (especially some of the more complicated aspects) with kindness and ease. His presence was very reassuring during the whole process. Losing a family member is never easy - but their kindness goes a long way!

After having a terrible experience at Resthaven when my Grandmother passed away in November 2017, I was leery about any funeral home.

When our mother was put in hospice in August 2018, we had to make a decision on a funeral home. My sister found Tim at Smith and Turner through a friend, and after taking a tour of the facility and speaking with Deena, she won me over during the first meeting.

The facility feels like a home, Tim and Deena both make sure that everything is explained and will go out of their way to make something happen. I can't even explain how impressed I am with this facility. It's not a sad and somber atmosphere, they celebrate your loved one's life. There are light colors in the rooms, it's not drab and musty like some funeral homes. The way they did my Mom's room during her viewing was just amazing. Everything Mom loved was in there (that we brought from home) and all of her pictures. Deena performed Mom's service and it was absolute perfection.

If you have an option to go with Smith and Turner, I highly recommend them. They are so professional and they make dealing with the death of your loved one so much easier.

Our lives were changed forever when our church lost one of our teenagers to a horrible traffic accident. She was only 17 years old and we were all devastated. Tim and Christy (New owners of Smith & Turner Mortuary) went above and beyond to give Lauren a beautiful funeral that celebrated her life and honored her legacy. The compassion and love they showed her parents, family, and friends made a difficult situation more bearable. The viewing was gorgeous. The celebration of life video was beautifully done. It was obvious that they strive to minister to those reeling and overcome with unbelievable grief. Everything was done respectfully and professionally. So many extra things were done that I have never seen at other funerals. Just wanted everyone to know how awesome and precious these people are!

Tim and his staff went above and beyond. They helped and guided me every step of the way in the most difficult time. They arranged the most beautiful service. Weeks later after everything was finished, they still took the time and patience to answer questions or concerns that I had.

I will never forget what Tim Ingram and the Smith & Turner team did when we lost a loved one. It was a tragic and unexpected death, so we were all in a lot of distress. But Tim clearly treats this as a ministry and brought so much comfort to us during such a difficult time.
